What is Coliving with B-Hive Living?
Coliving is a modern alternative to traditional rentals, combining private habitual spaces with communal facilities, services, and community to empower professionals to lead a more connected and fulfilling lifestyle.
At B-Hive Living, we offer fully furnished en-suite rooms, studios and one bedroom flats to rent in Oxford and Bicester alongside a range of stylish communal facilities, bespoke services, and a holistic program of social and wellbeing activities designed to elevate your quality of life and wellbeing as a resident.

What’s included in my Coliving monthly rent?
Everything you need to live well. Our plug and play model includes your fully-furnished en-suite room with all-inclusive utilities (electricity, water, heating, and WiFi) on top of the support from B-Hive Living’s dedicated maintenance team. If this wasn’t enough, you’ll also have access to exclusive events, perks, and other special offers from our retail partner network.
Can I use as much energy as I like?
Your monthly rent will be subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) designed to promote sensible patterns of energy consumption in our community so supplemental charges may be applicable for energy use in excess of those FUP allowances.

Ideal for couples, corporate clients and busy professionals, our Self-Living studios and one-bedroom flats to rent in Oxford and Bicester provide you with the best of both worlds – the freedom of your own space coupled with the access to our thriving community.
Our fully furnished self-contained apartments come move-in ready and fully-furnished with modern appliances and everything you need to live well from day one.
What’s included in your Self-living monthly rent?
Everything you choose to live well. Our Self-Living studios and one-bedroom flats in Oxford and Bicester are offered fully furnished and rented inclusive or exclusive of bills depending on what’s most convenient for you.
When inclusive of bills, electricity, water, and hi-speed wifi are included in your monthly rent alongside the support of our dedicated maintenance team and access to exclusive perks and events.
Is council tax included in my Self-Living monthly rent?

Corporate Stay
What is a Corporate Let with B-Hive Living?
We offer fully furnished studios, one bedroom flats and en-suite rooms move-in ready to rent in Oxford and Bicester with flexible terms for employees relocating permanently or temporarily for project assignments in Oxfordshire.
Can I book multiple accommodations for my team?
Yes. Our ready to move-in properties can accommodate teams of different sizes, coordinating move-ins, access, and ongoing resident services.
Are Corporate Lets flexible in duration?
Corporate Lets are typically 1–6 months typically but further flexible lengths of stay are available upon request.
General Questions
How long can I stay with B-Hive Living?
Our minimum length of stay is 30 days. Yet, shorter stays may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Can I do viewings?
For sure! We offer both virtual and in-person viewings. It’s quick and easy. If you’d like to see the property in person, just let us know, and we’ll make it happen. Please reach out to us today to get started.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We offer both traditional deposit options backed protected under a recognised government scheme (DPS) and alternatives such as Reposit to save you time and money upon your move. Please consult our team upon your enquiry to establish what may suit your needs.
How do I pay my rent?
We want to make your experience with us as hassle-free as possible. Rents are paid automatically each month via direct debit on the 1st day of the month. This will all be set up when you sign the lease. If you move in halfway through the month, you’ll only pay for those days rather than the whole month. If you’ve booked with us through an online platform, the payment of your rent may be processed through them.
Is parking available?
Yes. Onsite parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in our coliving properties. Exclusive parking is available at Self-living apartments at an additional rate.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, communal washing machines and dryers are available in our coliving properties. Our Self-living apartments are equipped with washer dryer machines for private use.
Do I need to bring my own linen and towels?
Coliving and Self-living residents on long-term rental contracts supply their own bed linen and towels. Yet, bed linen and towels can be supplied upon request for corporate clients and short-term rental contracts.
Can I have overnight guests?
Yes. You are free to welcome friends or family over provided they observe and adhere to our guest policies designed to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents.
Are couples allowed?
Absolutely, we offer a range of typologies including spacious en-suite room, studios and one bedroom flats specially designed to balance togetherness with individual needs, creating a shared sanctuary that’s functional, beautiful, and truly yours.
Can I have a pet?
We are animal lovers. Yet, pets are currently not permitted for the health and safety reasons.
Is smoking allowed?
No. We provide a smoking-free environment to our residents to protect health and reduce fire risks. Smoking including tobacco, marijuana and vaping are not allowed in all private and common areas, including balconies and patios except for outdoors spaces over 25 feet (7.5 metres) from entrance and windows.
What events and experiences are organised at B-Hive Living?
We offer a year-round rich program of social and well-being activities designed to foster connection and fun among our residents in Oxford and Bicester. Those activities include international food nights, exploration trips, fitness sessions, workshops, and social events organised by residents for the community supported by our dedicated team.
